The Bloomington Parks & Recreation Department publishes three program guides annually: Winter/Spring, Fall, and Summer. The Winter/Spring Guide is usually distributed right before Christmas. The Summer Guide is out by the first of April and the Fall guide comes out in late August.

Program Guides are mailed to those who have been in programs the past two years and to those who request to be on the mailing list. They are distributed through District #87, Unit #5 and private schools in Bloomington, set out at the Bloomington Public Library, and set out in all department facilities.
