White Oak Community Room

This facility, located at 1514 N. Cottage in White Oak Park, is a small meeting room for 30-35 people. A small kitchenette is in it. There is a patio off the room that faces the lake. We are only able to accommodate one (1) rental event per day.

Current Rates:

• Hourly Rate: $60 (2-hour minimum)
• All Day Rate (4+ hours): $325

Submit a Facility Rental Request online at Reservations, or for more information call 309-434-2260. Office staff will call within 48 business hours to finalize rental requests. No Payment is Due at the time of submitting your online request. The fee will automatically be placed on your account. After you speak with our office staff to finalize details of your rental request is when payment is due.

Commercial enterprises including businesses or corporations for profit will be charged twice the rate.
